Imas prilike igrati TI u 8 playera? Ja ga nisam.nikad igrao u vise od 5-6 ako se ne varam. Koliko traje partija s 8p?
Ne sumnjam da kroz nejo naredno vrijeme nece doci ekspanzija koja ce dignuti player count

Ovako na prvu, ne uočavam nikakve prevelike razlike u odnosu na treću ediciju.

•The Transaction and Neighbor rules limit who you can give trade goods and promissory notes to opponents who are adjacent to you.


•Some of the strategy cards appear to have changed (such was Warfare and Politics).


•Some things have been keyworded such as "Space Cannon", an ability PDS now possess, implying to me that other units will have these abilities.


•You resolve two agendas per politics phase.


•The Transfer Action appears to be gone.


•Lots of things are renamed (Fleet Pool, etc.).


•Some faction abilities appear to have changed but are only alluded to obliquely.


•Gravity Rifts are different. They increase movement sort of like the gravity rift tech used to, but you don't even have to start next to it. Leaving a gravity rift is a roll of 1-3 to destroy each ship.


•Ion Storms seem to be gone.


•Planets have types (culture, industrial, something else idk) that don't do anything unless referenced elsewhere (who knows).


•Technology no longer has a tree. Instead a technology may require a certain number of previously acquired technologies in certain colours (The actual technology doesn't matter, only the colour). Unit upgrades do not count towards these prerequisites.

•Planets with a technology specialty can be exhausted to remove a prerequisite requirement. They are no longer used to discount technology.

•You need to spend influence to be the first to land on Mecatol Rex. Doing this gives a victory point, and unlocks the Agenda phase in which agendas are resolved at the end of each round.

•You can gain secret objectives during the game.

•It appears that you don't product space docks or PDS during the production step of a tactical action. Instead, you produce these using the Construction Strategic Action.


•Trade Goods on unclaimed strategy cards instead of Bonus tokens


•Planets are Cultural, Hazardous, or Industrial, can have an effect on action cards (the Unstable Planet action card is shown, kills 3 infantry on a hazardous planet).


•After the custodians are gone from Mecatol, the Agenda phase happens after the Status phase (so all your planest have been refreshed before you vote)


•Limit of three scored and unscored secret objectives


•Some objectives indicate they can be scored during the Action phase


•Space Cannons, Anti Fighter Barrage, and Bombardment are all being referred to as abilities, probably to make it clearer they aren't combat rolls


•Also, the PDS Space Cannon and ship Space Cannons are being grouped together


•"Each space dock’s “Production” ability has a value that limits the number of units that it can produce during this step. A player cannot produce more units than the combined production values of his units in the active system." So...making that simpler.


•During Trade, when you replenish commodities, you get up to the number of commodities indicated on your faction sheet. Commodities become trade goods when given to another player.


•If your ship or planet is adjacent to another player's ship or planet, you are Neighbors. The active player can start a Transaction with any of his Neighbors at any point in his turn.


•You can trade any number of trade goods and commodities as part of a Transactions, but only one Transaction per Neighbor per turn.


•If a Transaction involves more than goods (like not firing PDS), it is now a Deal. If a Deal can be acted on immediately, it is a Binding Deal. If there is a delay before the terms can be carried out, it is a Non-Binding Deal.


•Technology prereqs are just a number of techs of that color


•Tech specialties on worlds take the place of a prereq instead of offering a discount, but exhausts the planet when you use it as a prereq (and doesn't count as resources)


•Special technology ship upgrade cards, that you research like technology but are placed on your faction sheet over the appropriate ship. Upgrades ship stats/provides new abilities to ships


•Custodians of Mecatol Rex is just a 6 influence cost for the first player landing units on Mecatol, and is worth a victory point for whoever does it


•Agenda phase is standard, reveal - vote - resolve outcome - repeat


•Exhaust planets when you use them to vote, don't refresh until after second vote

Jedno brzopotezno pitanje... je li Twilight Imperium 4th edition van produkcije ili? Htio bih ga naručiti kao poklon za rođendan prijatelju no nigdje ga više ne pronalazim (u EU, ima na američkom ebayu... ali tu mi i carina ne gine pa to baš i nije neka opcija). Philibert i Games Lore također nemaju na zalihama.

Ne vjerujem da je van produkcije, na igraj.si pise prednarudzbe mozes mozda njih pitati kada ce stici. Vjerojatno je novi print u postupku proizvodnje ili dostave.
