Hello,
I am a member of "Igranje.hr" (http://igranje.hr/), a boardgaming web site in Croatia.
Our mission is to spread boardgaming culture in Croatia and as part of that we are translating game rules into croatian language.
Because we are using original PDF files I must ask for your permission.

Why are we doing this?

Because people in Croatia need quality translated rules, translated by gamers for gamers in this quality form.

We do this without any payment. We do not sell them, we don't make any money of them. We are giving them for free download via our web site and from Boardgamegeek site.

All our translated rulebooks clearly state that they are "UNOFFICAL FAN CONTENT".

This has proven to be very usefull and increases the sales of board games in our country.

So, my question is: Do we have your official permission to use original PDF files for localized game rules for present and future translations?

Thank you for considering my request.

Kind regards,

Danijel

Hi Danijel,

Thank you for contacting us. We have no problem with you translating the rules into Croatian (but Aporta Games do of course need to retain the copyright to the rules).

Thank you!

Best regards,
Kristian
